The motor drops into a pocket open at the top, its shaft on the grid: on the second row's second hole, 15 mm in from the end and the side, and its lower end flush with the underside. Two M3 × 30 countersunk screws come down through the TT Motor Case Lid and the motor's own gearbox holes into the floor, so the lid clamps the motor to the body.
