A LEGO plate, 1 x 1 or 1 x 2, with a C-clip standing off one edge that snaps round a 3.2 mm bar and lets it turn: horizontal, the bar lies along the edge at the plate's height; vertical, it stands upright. On a 1 x 2 the clip sits on a long side's middle or on an end, or a clip stands on each cell of a long side. On top, a clip stands in place of the stud on a 1 x 2's end cell, or on both end cells of a 1 x 3, holding a bar across the plate; split is the squared clip with a slit under it. The ring is the 1 x 1 clip light, a closed ring a bar slides through, and bar stands a 3.2 mm bar a brick tall on an arm off a 1 x 2's long side.
