A LEGO plate with wheel holder pins read off LDraw: 3.2 mm pins, slit at the tip, that the small rims' blind holder holes clip onto and turn on. Two pins stand out of the plate's ends 1.2 mm above its bottom on 4 mm collars; one pin stands out of one end over a plate-thick block under the last stud; a side pin stands out of a long side between two studs; and the wide holder carries its two pins on raised V-shaped arms, 1.2 mm above the plate's top, so a wider wheel clears the plate.
