A square axial cooling fan, 25 to 80 mm across and 6 mm or thicker: a frame with four corner holes for M3 screws at the standard spacing (32 mm on a 40 mm fan), a hub on two spokes and seven blades. It blows through its exhaust face, the side the spokes are on.
