The tee nut that rides in a 20-series V-slot, tapped M3 or M5, in two kinds. The sliding nut is a 15 × 10 mm steel plate 1.5 mm thick that bears on the underside of the slot's lips, its collar rising into the throat, slid in from the profile's end; the drop-in hammer-head nut, 10.3 × 6 × 4.4 mm, drops into the slot anywhere along it and turns 90° to lock under the lips. Screw a rail, a bracket or a plate down into either.
