The wheel-side plate of Pololu's scooter wheel adapter, from their own CAD: a 21.9 mm disc 3 mm thick, with a 6.37 mm bore and three 3.2 mm holes. Pololu ship the same plate with every shaft size, so it is one part rather than four.
