A printed wheel that presses straight onto the double-flat 5.4 mm output shaft of the yellow TT gearmotor: a 10 mm wide disc 40 to 80 mm across, 60 by default, with a blind double-D bore 6.5 mm deep in its inner face, 5.5 mm round and 3.8 mm across the flats. The TT's shaft stands 9 mm out of its gearbox, so the wheel seats to the bottom of its bore 2.5 mm off the gearbox, clear of the 2 mm locating peg on one side. Two of them on a pair of TT motors make a robot's drive wheels.
