LEGO's wheel holder plates by part number: pick the holder, then a length and width that exist with it, and the SKU row names the part. Their 3.2 mm pins, slit at the tip, are what the small rims' holder holes clip onto and turn on: a pin at each end, one pin over a block, a pin on the side, or two on raised arms that let a wider wheel clear the plate. Each is the parametric Wheel Holder Plate, so a LEGO Small Wheel Rim seats on its pins and it takes any colour.
