Every surface-mount LED ReDo draws behind one tile: pick the type, then the package, and for a single-colour chip LED its colour. Chip LEDs in their EIA sizes, RGB LEDs in PLCC packages such as the WS2812B's 5050, and the addressable LED that mounts upside down through a cutout in the board. Boards place these on their footprints.
