The 2 mm-pitch GT2 pulley a 3D printer runs its belts on, cut to the published curvilinear groove: three tangent arcs of 0.15, 1 and 0.555 mm across a 1.494 mm tooth, 0.764 mm deep. Twenty teeth on a 5 mm bore with an 8 mm hub is the one on a NEMA 17. The toothed section takes whatever belt width it has to carry, the hub runs from a full clamping boss down to a 1 mm retaining flange, and a fixed 1 mm flange always caps the top. Two M3 grub screws at 90 degrees clamp the hub to its shaft.

Its overall size is measured once the 3D view has built it.
It prints in one pose: as modelled. The app measures each at the values set: its size on the bed, first layer, overhang to bridge or support, and PLA.
