Pololu's 60×8 mm wheel, from their own CAD: a 60 mm plastic hub on a moulded rubber tyre, 8 mm wide, pressing onto a 3 mm D-shaft. Two 3.1 mm holes 12.7 mm apart take a universal mounting hub. Pololu sell it in 5 colours and draw one geometry for all of them, so the hub is the region the Material panel paints.
