A cylindrical battery at any diameter and length, standing on its negative end, with a button or a flat top. Its sleeve, the part you can recolour, wraps a little way over both ends round the metal core, and the positive tip on top has a rounded edge. Both ends are terminals a hookup wire solders to, and its body seats in a Battery Holder. For a named size, AA or 18650, use the Cylindrical Battery.
