A single-cell lithium-polymer pouch battery at the size you set: its thickness, width and length as a seller lists them, the length taking in the 3.5 mm end where the protection board is folded under Kapton tape. Two AWG 26 leads, red positive and black negative, leave that end as 8 mm stubs, each a terminal a hookup wire solders to; together they are its JST PH lead, which a JST PH Cable run from their tips plugs into a board's battery port.
