Every single-cell lithium charger the Inventory carries behind one tile: pick the brand, then whether it only charges or also reads the cell or boosts it to 5 V, then the board. All seven take a USB input and a JST cell, so the choice is about what else the board does rather than about the charging. Adafruit's PowerBoost is the one that also runs a 5 V rail, built with the USB A jack it ships with, a terminal block or bare output pads, and SparkFun's Battery Babysitter the one that reports state of charge.
