The 20 × 20 × 2.5 mm lid that closes the open end of the 16340 Battery Case, against the cell's negative end. Two countersunk M3 screws in its lower corners hold it flush, threading into the case below the cell, and a tapped M3 hole on the cell's axis takes the screw that makes the negative contact.
