A printed 40 × 20 × 20 mm case for one 16340 cell, the cell's top flush with the case's. The cell slides in from the open end, positive end first, under a window along the top, and the 16340 Battery Case Lid closes that end on two countersunk M3 screws. Tapped M3 holes on the 10 mm grid run along the bottom and the lower row of both sides, and four more are in the closed end, beside a tapped M3 hole on the cell's axis where a screw makes the positive contact. A 16340 Cylindrical Battery seats in it.
