LEGO's small wheel rims by part number, from the 8 mm rims under the 14 mm tyres to the 18 mm rims under the 30.4 mm ones: pick the rim's diameter, its width, its hub and its face, and the SKU row names the part. A wheel holder pin goes into the 8, 10.4 and 11.2 mm rims from behind; the pin-hole and axle-hole rims turn on, or are keyed to, a Technic pin or axle. The 10.4 mm 6014b is LEGO's most used small wheel, and the 18 mm rims carry fake bolts or the Speed Champions brake disc. Each is the parametric Small Wheel Rim, so a LEGO Small Tyre seats on it and it takes any colour.
