The DC converter in ROBOTIS's OMX-AI kit, a 23.5 × 37.5 mm buck board on an MP2338 regulator with a JST EH three-pin DYNAMIXEL port at each end. The follower's bus runs at 12 V for its XL430s; the board passes its data line through and steps its supply down to 5 V for the XL330s at the wrist and gripper. Each port's posts are contacts, pin 1 first where the housing's triangle and the square pad mark it: dxl_in labelled GND, 12V and DATA, and dxl_out GND, 5V and DATA, the ends Link-U's lettering names 12V IN and 5V OUT. It screws under Link-U through four Ø2.2 holes. This is the converter ROBOTIS have shipped since May 2026, as the follower's drawing carries it.
