Pololu's universal aluminium mounting hub, from their own CAD: a 17.5 mm disc 5.0 mm thick with a 3.0 mm bore for a 3mm shaft and 4 holes tapped #2-56 on a 12.7 mm circle — which is the bolt pattern Pololu's own wheels carry. A set screw clamps it to the shaft, through 1 tapped M3 hole that break into the bore.
