Pololu's universal aluminium mounting hub, from their own CAD: a 25.4 mm disc 9.2 mm thick with a 6.0 mm bore for a 6mm shaft and 6 holes tapped #4-40 on a 19.05 mm circle — which is the bolt pattern Pololu's own wheels carry. Two set screws clamp it to the shaft, through 2 tapped M3 holes that break into the bore.
