What we keep about you, why, where and for how long, and what you can ask of it. In short: we keep what it takes to give you an account and your work, including your conversations with the assistant, and if you allow it, our team also learns from how you use ReDo. We don't sell any of it, show ads or train AI on it, and almost all of it stays in the EU.

Who we are

ReDo is run by ReDo Tech ApS, a Danish company (CVR 45630137, Møllevænget 19, 7190 Billund, Denmark), which decides how your data is used: in the law's words, the data controller. Write to admin@redo.pro about anything on this page.

Your choice: helping us improve ReDo

A small card asks every visitor once whether our team may learn from how you use ReDo. You can allow it or decline it. ReDo works the same whichever you choose. The card is not about your projects, parts or conversations with the assistant: what happens to those is part of the agreement you accept with your account, under What we keep.

If you allowWe learn fromFor how long
How you use ReDoThe pages you open and which of ReDo's own parts and projects you look at, the buttons you press, the tools and modes you use in the Playground, the link or campaign that brought you (the address's utm_ and ref tags, read once and then removed from the address bar), your searches (the ones that find nothing too), the parts you place, how far you get through signing in, saving a project (in this browser or in an account), choosing a template and downloading, how long pages take to load and whether your browser can draw 3D, how often the assistant answered and used a tool (never your words), what you export or convert (the format, never the file), errors (with web and email addresses taken out), and a random number that groups your visits.13 months

Change your mind any time under Privacy choices, at the foot of every page and in the Playground's Settings → Privacy. Saying no stops it from then on.

What we keep, and why

You can use the Playground without an account. Then only the server logs apply, plus whatever you allowed on the card; your work stays in your browser. The assistant needs an account. You accept what follows for your account when you make it, with our terms of use.

WhatWhyOn what basisFor how long
Your email addressTo sign you in: we email you a code and a link, and nothing else unless you ask us to.Our agreement with youUntil you delete your account
What Google or GitHub tells us, if you sign in with themYour email address, and the name and picture they send, to make and sign in to your account. Our agreement with youUntil you delete your account
Your display name and usernameThey name you to others: your Workshop at /users/<username> and the projects you make public show them. Our agreement with youUntil you change them or delete your account
Your projects, the parts you design and their picturesTo keep your work and open it on any device. What you make public, everyone can see. No other user sees your private work. Our team may open it to answer a problem you report, to stop abuse, and to learn what to make better. Our agreement with you; our team looking, our legitimate interest in a working, safe and better ReDoUntil you delete them, or your account
Your conversations with the assistantWhat you write, what the assistant does in your project and what that changed, what it answers, the model it used and when. Your message and a description of the scene go to Anthropic, whose model writes the reply. We keep the conversation with your account so you can see and continue it, so we can answer a problem you report, to stop abuse, and to make the assistant better. Our agreement with you; stopping abuse and making the assistant better, our legitimate interest13 months, then deleted; sooner if you delete your account
What each of your requests to the assistant costThe model, how much text went in and came out (counted in tokens), what that cost and when. To show you how much of your monthly AI budget is left, to stop the assistant when it is used, to top it up, and to stop abuse. Our agreement with you; stopping abuse, our legitimate interest13 months, then deleted; sooner if you delete your account
Projects an AI agent saves through our connector without signing inWhen you use an AI agent such as Claude with ReDo without connecting it to your account, the projects it saves: their titles and the parts in them, and a scrambled form of the key that lets that agent change them. They name no one. Anyone with a project's link can open it; nothing lists them. Our team may open one to stop abuse. Our legitimate interest in letting your AI agent build with ReDo30 days, then deleted
Reports you send about ReDoWhat you write when you press Report, and what you leave ticked with it: your open scene, a picture of it, the last errors the page saw, and your browser, screen and graphics card. Our team reads it to fix what is broken, may write back to you by email, and may open the scene to see the problem for themselves; each look at a scene is logged. You choose to send it; it does not depend on the card about how you use ReDo.Your request to us; our legitimate interest in fixing what is broken12 months after we close the report (an open one stays), or until you delete your account
The AI apps you connect to your accountWhen you let an AI app such as Claude sign in to ReDo as you, we keep which app it is, when you allowed it and when it last worked here, which projects it made, and your AI Agents settings. What it makes is saved private in your account, and it can do only what those settings allow. Account menu → AI Agents lists every connected app; Remove signs one out at once. Our agreement with youUntil you remove the app or delete your account; what it made stays yours until you delete it
How you use ReDo, if you allowed itTo learn which pages, tools and searches help and which fail, which parts people look for and don't find, which links bring people, and how far a visit gets.Your consent13 months
A scrambled form of your network address, when you use the assistant, our connector for AI agents, ask for a sign-in email, or your browser tells us how you use ReDoTo stop one visitor from overloading any of them, or from using up the sign-in emails everyone shares. The address is hashed before it is stored. Our legitimate interest in keeping the service working10 minutes; an hour for sign-in emails; a day for the connector
Your yes or no to ReDo news, with when and the words you were shownTo send ReDo news, our newsletter, only if you ticked Email me ReDo news in your account settings, and to show that you did. Unsubscribe there or with the link in any issue.Your consentUntil you delete your account
Whether our email to you bounced, or was marked as spamSo we stop sending to an address that bounces or that asked us not to. Kept against a scrambled form of the address. Our legitimate interest in sending only the email people wantA bounce for 24 hours; a spam report for as long as we send email
Server logsOur host records each request (time, page, network address) to run and secure the service. Our legitimate interest in keeping the service secureAs briefly as our host keeps them

"Our agreement with you" is our terms of use, and GDPR's article 6(1)(b): we need it to give you what you signed up for. "Our legitimate interest" is article 6(1)(f). "Your consent" is article 6(1)(a), and for what your browser tells us about your use, the Danish rules on cookies and similar technology too. You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. Where we rely on our legitimate interest, you can object, and we stop unless we have a strong reason not to: write to admin@redo.pro.

Who sees it

What stays in your browser

The Playground keeps your sign-in session, the projects you save in this browser, your settings, the accounts you have signed in with here, and your answer to the card (for a year), in your browser's own storage. If you allowed us to learn how you use ReDo, it also keeps a random number that groups your visits, with nothing in it about who you are. One small cookie, set only while you are signed in, tells our site to open your Workshop rather than the landing page. Nothing on the site is for ads.

Your account, your work, what we learn from your use and our server functions are in the EU. What you ask the assistant goes to the United States, and several of these companies are American. Where data leaves the EU, it does so under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Deleting your account

Account Settings → Delete account signs you out everywhere and, seven days later, deletes the account with every project and part it owns. Signing back in within those seven days and keeping the account cancels it. Copies in our providers' backups expire on their own schedule.

What you can ask of us

Write to admin@redo.pro; we answer within a month. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency, at datatilsynet.dk.

Children

An account, and saying yes on the card, are for people aged 15 and over. If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to set up an account with you and to answer the card for you. The Playground needs no account.

Changes

When what we keep or who handles it changes, this page changes first, with its date, and we ask you to accept it again before you go on. When what the card covers changes, the card asks you again.
