The address

Every app asks for the same address:

No account is needed.

Claude

Claude.ai adds ReDo as a custom connector, in a few clicks: Connect ReDo to Claude.ai.

ChatGPT

ChatGPT adds ReDo as a custom plugin, on the web:

1. Open chatgpt.com/plugins, signed in.
2. Choose +, then Add custom MCP server.
3. Name it ReDo, paste the address above into Server URL, and under Authentication choose No authentication.
4. Read the warning, choose I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin.
5. Open your personal plugins, open ReDo and choose + to install it.
6. Start a new chat in Work, at the top of the page, type @ and pick ReDo.

Custom plugins may need a paid ChatGPT plan, and ChatGPT moves these menus often. If yours look different, OpenAI's own steps are kept up to date.

Claude Code

Run this once in a terminal:

Things to try

• “Show me a breadboard with an ATmega328 on it.”
• “Find a spur gear in ReDo and tell me which sizes it comes in.”
• “Put two 20-tooth gears next to each other in ReDo and give me the link.”

What it can do today

• Search ReDo's parts, and read a part's sizes, options and where its pins and holes are.
• Save a project and answer its link and the parts to buy. The link opens the project's page, with each part's licence.
• A project it saves is not listed anywhere, and is deleted after 30 days. To keep it, open it in the Playground and save a copy to your account.

Coming soon

• Building step by step with ReDo's own moves, wiring included, and a picture of the project in the chat, with an Open in ReDo card.
• Files for printing and CAD, and parts your agent designs itself.
• Signing in to your ReDo account, so what it builds is saved private in your account. Your AI Agents settings say what it may do there.
