CyberBrick's 9 g micro servo with a slipping clutch on its output: a 22.5 × 12 mm body with 2.2 mm ear holes 27.8 mm apart and a 4.7 mm splined output on the Z axis. The lead the vendor draws is cut level with the mounting ears, so the three wires show where they leave the case and the app can run the cable instead.
One of the Micro Servo family.
